When you wake to the song, “Thriller” in your head you know it’s going to be a weird day…

This morning I was in the shower & it dawned on me that I was humming Michael Jackson’s song “Thriller”. What the hell? How do you know you’re exhausted & it’s been a crazy week? Well when that happens. It has been a ridiculous week of decisions, waiting, lunch dates, Cake Decorating, movies & planning for the future. Yes, planning lots of it…

I’ve decided to go back to college to get my certificate in CAD. Computer Assisted Drafting. This might help my associates in engineering science & bachelor’s in mathematics in getting a better job. With the condo ordeal I do realize my wallet is going to be stretched to the MAX! I need to breathe a lil easier & sleep a lil better at night. This certificate is a step in the right direction I believe.

It seems like any other Friday doesn’t it? This year for some reason I don’t feel like people are doing much for Halloween or is it just me? Yes the costume stores have opened in the malls & all over town but people aren’t in lines buying the candy, the stores aren’t swomped with people trying to find their costumes for this year, & BARELY anyone has decorated their lawns in my county. What happened? Is it not cool this year? Is it because it’s on a Sunday? I read it as you get Friday & Saturday & SUNDAY!! Even blogger seems to not really be celebrating this holiday yet much. Well let’s change that!!
I can’t wait to give candy out to the lil trick or treaters & this weekend I’m going to go Costume Shopping!!! I don’t know what CJ & I are going to be yet but I LOVE trying on all the costumes!!!! This year I think there are tons of different ideas & I love giving a funky twist to whatever I come up with! I’m pushing for Jessica Rabbit but will see how it goes!

Here are what I’ve been the past few years for Halloween so you can see how much I love it!

Geisha Lady

Lil Red Riding Hood

Harley Quinn
Into the Costume Stores I go! This weekend should at least be fun! I hope to report back with a costume on Monday! =)

Are you dressing up this Halloween? You looking forward to giving Candy?? =) Happy Friday!!

I'm going to be a cat or Elena from "The Vampire Diaries." I still haven't decided yet! Gah! You have had such phenomenal costumes over the years - I cannot wait to see what you'll be this year!! :)

Waiting on pins and needles to see your choice of costumes. You're really imaginative. I never did get into Halloween much. But I appreciate seeing the creativity of those who do.

I think in the geisha lady get up you look really like Brittany Murphy - that's eerie!

I'm not very good at Halloween, I'm not a big fan of dressing up. Last year I was a sexy devil. It didn't involve a lot of clothes really...

Halloween is a joke in the UK. No one celebrates it here

I absolutely LOVE Halloween. Next to Christmas, it's my favorite holiday. I suppose people just wait a little longer to do decorating, but I haven't seen much either. I'll be moving to a new place the weekend of Halloween so I don't think I'll be doing much decorating this year or dressing up :( But there's always next year! Can't wait to see what you dress up as!

Nice costumes. This year I'll be going to the halloween day parade in NY and not dressing up or giving out candy. I love candy so most likely i'll be getting some chocolates for myself : )

Forget giving candy, I'm looking forward to eating candy! haha. Yeah, there hasn't been much excitement over Halloween in my neighborhood since last year but I'm definitely still going to celebrate it.
