Yeah! I met one of Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey!!!

Yup! I got to meet Mrs. Teresa Guidice. Now for those of you who don't know I live 5 minutes from the border of New Jersey & about 20 minutes from where they actually film Bravo's "Real Housewives of New Jersey". The TV show premiered last Monday & I'm hooked once again. I don't know maybe it's because I'm Italian? Or that I know the places they go? Or is that they have sooooo much drama in their lives that I'm absolutely hooked!! =)

Teresa was so nice in person that I'm still in a state of shock. The bookstore called "Bookends" hosts authors to come & sign their books. That's how I got to meet Molly Ringwald. Teresa was late but her daughter apparently had a tooth pulled, so she really is a normal lady with normal problems. I wish she had flipped a table for us, but she was all smiles & "Love Love Love's".

The best part about the experience was my mom came with me. The world stops at 10pm on Monday's when the show comes on. She loves it too. So it was a nice memory we both will have together. Teresa was nice to both of us. She was like "Are you on my Facebook?" I was like No? then she was like, "Omg Add me. I'm wearing a red dress in the profile pic!". I was on Cloud Nine. She's my favorite housewife!! Her book is adorable too. There are pictures of her family & soo many recipes. However I feel like I gained 10 pounds just reading it. I recommend checking it out in the bookstores.

This week has been a whirlwind, bad & good. That will be tomorrow's post. For now I leave you with more Teresa pictures!! =)

I love, love , love the Housewives (all of the series) but not sure how I feel about Teresa. I'm still bitter about her husband's gay jokes last season, and they way she's always making excuses for him. But I'm totally jealous that you met one of them.

Personally, I always like the ones causing trouble, so I'm all about Danielle :)

I was just catching up on this show on my DVR and thinking do I want to get sucked in (trying to cut back drastically on tv watching).

Glad she was nice. She seems very real on the show.

OMG I met her too at the Borders in NYC! I "love love love" her she's my favorite NJ housewife! Isn't she a stunning woman? TV does not do her justice! She's so soft spoken and nice I can't imagine how she gets to worked up.

Your pics are better, the borders guys screwed mine up I barely saw when he took it. Oh well! The book is great! I'm finishing up my bottle sauce so I can make my own!

Have a great weekend!

Teresa late? NEVER...LOL! I think I would always be late too if I had 4 small daughters to take care of. I don't know how she does it. It's so nice to hear that a Real Housewife is down to earth. How's the book?
